Shipping & Packaging

SHIPPING
All pieces are made to order, packed and shipped via Australia Post within 1-3 working days from our office located in Melbourne, Australia.

For Australian orders please allow 1-3 business days for Express and 3-8 business days for Standard shipping.

For all international orders please allow 10-20 days for standard shipping, and up to 10 days for express shipping. 

If your order is urgent please contact us at info@lithoscrystals.com and we will do our best to get it out same day for you. 

PACKAGING
All items are packaged in a gift bag with our Lithos card. We are a sustainable business so we generally pack more than one item in a bag, if you require individual bags for each item then please leave a note on your order.

We have also decided not to include crystal properties in our orders, if you would like these added then please also include a note on your order.
